Mai Tai

Daniel Rankin
Mai Tai

A lot of people have their own Mai Tai recipe, and that's what's so great about tiki cocktails. This cocktail calls for rum, and with so many different styles, you can really make this one your own. The recipe I use is a blend of rums that hit all different flavour profiles and something that a classy pirate might drink. Purchasing multiple rums can be quite pricy so you can also totally make a Mai Tai with just Jamaican Rum. I’ve also made my own orgeat syrup but you can purchase it instead to save you time.
